Safety rules
Data of AR
Cleaning/ Maintenace
Fundamentals of shooting ( Sight picture ,sight alinement, shooting Positions,)
Immediate action
Range time:
Safety Rules
Range orientation/ Range set up
Trigger drills, immediate action drills dry fire from all positions
Zero irons and optic 20rds
Firing from all positions with mag changes
speed drill 3 mags for time with mag change.
After actions review
3 ups /3 downs
