Service Description
Students that complete the course will have a basic proficiency in firearm safety, marksmanship fundamentals, a combined knowledge of their personal capabilities with their equipment and systematic training methods for future progression. Equipment Needed: • Long Range Semi Auto or Bolt Action Rifle with Scope • 60 Rounds of Ammo • Shooting Rest, Bag or Bipod/Monopod • 1-2 Magazines if applicable • Eye and Hearing Protection • Water, Snack • Notepads/Pencils Key Topics Covered: • Safety • Equipment selection and care • Building your position, basic fundamentals of marksmanship, trigger control, recoil management • Employing the milliradian reticule for range estimation • Understanding MOA and milliradian adjustments • Introduction to internal and external ballistics • Data gathering out to 1000 yards We will shoot at a Private Range. 8 Hour Class.
